Dellner Brakes is a manufacturer of hydraulic and electric disc brake calipers, locking devices, steering devices, brake rotors and various pressure feed devices.

Dellner Brakes offers a full range of industrial disc brake calipers for a variety of applications including mine winches, cranes, mills, conveyors, winches and hoists.

Our industrial disc brake calipers are available in different types and sizes. We also offer STL systems.

One of our specialty products is the SKP 220, a spring-loaded, hydraulically released disc brake.

We offer single-acting spring-loaded hydraulically released disc brake calipers (SKP) with different braking powers, such as SKP 50, SKP 95, SKP 140 and SKP 220.

In addition, our product range also includes single-acting, spring-loaded, hydraulically released disc brake calipers (SKP-SA), including SKP 65 SA, SKP 95 SA, SKP 140 SA and SKP 220 SA, each with different of braking force.

We also offer hydraulic spring-release disc calipers (SKD) with various braking powers.

Electric, spring-loaded, manually-release disc brake calipers (EFP) are available, including EFP 2×40, EFP 2×60, EFP 2×75 and EFP 2×100.

Dellner Brakes offers manual, hydraulic and electric locking devices in different sizes such as LM 20, LM 40, LM 50, LM 70 and LM 95.

A variety of pressure supply units are available, including hand pumps, hydraulic power units, boosters and controls, and pneumatic hydraulic pump systems.

Our Stop, Turn and Lock (STL) system is a multifunctional unit containing stop, turn and lock functions. It is modular and customizable to meet specific requirements, providing flexibility in feature selection. You can select the desired function, such as Stop and Steer (ST system) or Stop and Lock (SL system).
