Huixi Brush supplied brush rollers have two types: spiral type and tufted type. Tufted brush rollers are made with tubular plastic core, core materials are nylon, polypropylene, PVC or aluminum available. Spiral brush rollers are made of strip brushes spiralled on a shaft or tubular core. Brush filament materials are nylon, polypropylene, wire, abrasive wire, animal hair, Mexico sisal fiber etc. Huixi supplied shafts are stainless steel or normal carbon steel. A keyway can also be made as request size.

Filament "F" in the image is abrasive nylon, we will make your brush roller with materials of nylon, polypropylene, animal hair, tampico fiber and wire which suit for application.

About Packaging and Shipment

Huixi supplied roller bush standard package is hard cartons or plywood boxes, tell us if you request a custom packaging.
