Yes, we will send you digital file for approval; You also can get a physical sample after deposit;

Lead Time

I have urgent order, can factory help us?
If color are from our color range, we can get order ready(below 100pcs) within two weeks;
I need customized color,how much more time going to take?
For any yarn color we need dying to match,general we need additional 7 days on top of standard leadtime;
How long it will take for shipping time?
We use express such as DHL FEDEX, generally it take 3~7 days door to door;

Yes,we can use your design apply to our size/pattern set-up;

Can I get customized trims?
We can help you with brand labeling things, but for core parts such as zipper,button, we don't offer custom design;
Can I use nominated supplier for material supply?

What's factory payment term?
60% deposit before production after design confirm, 40% before shipping after quality checking;
Can I get refund if I want to cancel order?
Depends on production stage, you can get partial refund after production start;
