We are a custom metal parts manufacturer with more than 20 years experience.
2.Customer: how is your way to develop a new part?
We: generally there are 2 ways.
for customer offered sample(s), we will do plotting--->open
mold--->sample preparation
for customer offered pdf drawing(s)/3d drawing(s), we will
do open mold---->sample preparation
every step will be strictly followed customer's requests.
3.Customer:can you return or share part of mold charge?
We: we do customized casting, the information and ownership of the mold are belong to customer,
we are autorized to make use of the mold to produce for our customers.
so we don't return and share the mold charge.
4.Customer: what's the lead time of my sample/order?
We: it depends.
for soluble glasss lost wax precison casting parts, open mold and blank sample need 25days
for silica sol lost wax precision casting parts, open mold and blank sample need 30 days
for sand casting parts, open mold and blank sample need 25 days
for casting blank required machining and special surface treatment need about 10 days more
5.Customer: do you charge the sample and the delivery? 
We: we charge the sample in the begining and we return it after the trial order confirmed.
customer pay the sample delivery.
6.Customer: how do you control the quality for my order?
We: before batch production, we have enough detail communication and sample confirmation with customers.
durring production, we have professional process guidiance and skilled workers to keep processes going correctly and safetly.
before packaging, we do full visual inspection on finished products. beside that, we will do
the chemical and dimension test for every order and issue the written test report to customer.
other quality test will be performed as customer request.
7.Customer: what is your payment policy?
We: for sample --- 50% mold and sample charge in advance, 50% sample confirmed.
for order---generally 30% t/t in advance, 30% before shipment, 40% against b/l copy.

special cases shall be negotiated.
