Answer : Our min order is 100 pcs per colors.

Question 2:Could we have our own design/ brand/ logo of product?
Answer : Sure.OEM/ ODM is welcome.
We can put your logo or brand tag on our cap/hat, we will also make mock up for your confirm before orders.

Question 3:What is the lead time for sample and production? How much does the sample cost?
Answer : It will take about 7-10 days for sample and 30-45 days for bulk production. We could send you free samples but you need to pay for the freight. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the freight fee.

Question 4:How's the order process?
Answer : Confirm hat specifications - > confirm price - > confirm sample - > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange bulk production - > finish production - > inspection (photo or real product) - > balance payment - > delivery - > after-sales service.

Question 5:What payment terms accept?
Answer : We accept western union, T/T or L/C at sight, you just pay 30% deposit to kick off production and balance should be paid before shipped. We also support Trade Assurance, which assure your payment safe and on-time shipping.

Answer : We have well-trained and professional workers and strict QC system in each production process. And each product has to be 100% inspected before shipment.
