SY-TRT scale inhibitor is a special agent developed by our company according to the factors such as blast furnace gas flow rate, temperature, component properties, TRT scaling site, scale sample properties and so on. This special scale and corrosion inhibitor has the characteristics of pertinently, high efficiency, economy and so on. It can well solve the scaling and corrosion problems, and inhibit the formation of ammonia-chloride crystallized salt in the device. At the same time, an oxide film is formed on the blade to reduce the corrosion and erosion of the blade by acid gas and dust in the gas, so as to achieve the best effect of corrosion mitigation.

2. Product features

I After the agent is injected into the blast furnace gas, the gasification and uniform mixing can be achieved instantly by means of the gas temperature and kinetic energy.

II The agent eutectic or adsorbed on the crystalline surface with the inorganic salt crystal in the gas, which distorts the crystal lattice and destroys the crystallization behavior and orientation of the inorganic salt. By changing the shape and size of the crystal, it can avoid the three-dimensional network structure formed by intercrystalline bonding, prevent the continued formation and development of the crystal, and prevent the salt crystal shape in the gas from forming deposition in the turbine blade, rotor and other parts.

III The surface active component in the agent can clean the surface of the blade, eliminate the surface charge of the metal, and prevent impurities from adhering to the blade.

IV The agent absorbs the acid gas in the gas, reduces the concentration of acid gas, achieves the corrosion inhibition effect, and prevents the occurrence of pitting corrosion.

V The agent forms a layer of corrosion and scale inhibition protective film on the surface of the blade, which is metal-friendly at one end and hydrophobic at the other end. Prevent the salt rock structure composition and acid gas from contacting the blade surface, and keep the metal surface of the blade and other components smooth.

The dosing device is used for continuous filling, and the dosing port of the gas pipeline is selected at 1.0-1.5 meters before the feeding device, and the dosage is determined according to the scaling situation of TRT device, usually the dosing concentration is 60-100g/104m3.h; If there is floating or turbid phenomenon, it can be used after shaking, without affecting the use effect.

5. Package and Storage

Use 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg packaging or negotiation packaging.

The shelf life of the product is 1 year.

6. Security

This product does not belong to dangerous goods, non-toxic, sealed storage in a cool, ventilated, dry place; The shelf life is 12 months at about 25℃.
