We manufacture various commutators according to customer drawings/specifications,the diameter can reach 3 meters.

Our main materials are as follows,Please let us know if you have other special requirements:

1: Copper bar material: Our commutator adopts TH11PT cold-drawn trapezoidal silver-copper alloy bar,0.08-0.15% silver content ,with the surface hardness HB85-105.

2: Commutator riser: T2M or TDR copper plate and copper strip, refer to the Standard: GB/T2040.

3: Commutator sleeve: welded with ZG25 material or 20# seamless steel pipe.

4: Commutator pressure ring: 35CrMo forged steel with special treatment.

5: Inter-chip mica: using phlogopite material, meeting the standard GB/T5019.3

6: Mica ring: It is pressed with silicone plastic mica plate or epoxy glass grey cloth, which meets the standard GB/T5019.3.
