Coconut Sugar from Indonesia, processed by local farmers and mass-produced with a factory manufacturing system, so as to meet the needs of the world market. Currently the need for palm sugar is in great demand in Asian and European countries, as a raw material for cakes, Bobba, coffee, and tea.

Coconut sap is filtered and heated until it becomes wet crystal sugar. After that, the wet crystal sugar is again filtered and baked in the oven to reduce the water content which is then filtered again to become coconut sugar.
