What Is The Use And Benefits Of Coconut Oil?

Coconut oil is believed to have antimicrobial effects; boost heart health by raising HDL (good) cholesterol; protect skin, hair and teeth; and boost brain function, because of its healthy fatty acids. It finds uses in Ketogenic and Paleo diets. It is extensively used in cooking and baking. Our coconut oil is obtained from mature and dry kernel (copra) of the coconut by Chekku/ Kani ( wooden expeller made from special herbal tree called Nattu Vaagai using cold pressed natural means without the application of heat, thereby retaining the nature of the oil. It does not undergo any chemical refining, bleaching or deodorising.

Though it qualifies to be the virgin oil, our process does not use raw coconut meat for manufacture; instead, it uses dry kernel, called Copra.

We also supply biodynamic, organic, natural groundnut/ peanut oil.
