Product Details

1. Nitrile rubber sealing ring: suitable for petroleum hydraulic oil, ethylene glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. It is the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal. Not suitable for use with polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitrohydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. The general operating temperature range is -40~120℃.

2. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber sealing ring: It has excellent corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compression deformation resistance, and has good ozone resistance, sunlight resistance and weather resistance. The wear resistance is better than that of nitrile rubber. It is suitable for cleaning machinery, automobile engine systems and refrigeration systems that use the new environmentally friendly refrigerant R134A. Not recommended for use with alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. The general operating temperature range is -40~150℃.

3. Silicone rubber sealing ring: has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. It has good insulation properties. However, its tensile strength is worse than ordinary rubber and it is not oil-resistant. It is suitable for household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, and microwave ovens. It is also suitable for various items that come into contact with the human body, such as kettles, water dispensers, etc. Not recommended for use with most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. The general operating temperature range is -55~250℃.

4. Glass fluororubber sealing ring: Its high temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, and it has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, but poor cold resistance. It is resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for sealing needs in diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. Not recommended for use with ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitrated mixtures. The general operating temperature range is -20~250℃.

5. FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring: Its performance combines the advantages of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, and has good oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel resistance, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. Resistant to erosion by oxygenated compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorine-containing solvents. Generally used for aviation, aviation and military purposes. Contact with ketones and brake fluid is not recommended. The general operating temperature is -50~200℃.

6. EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring: has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used with alcohols and ketones, and can also be used for sealing in high-temperature water vapor environments. Suitable for bathroom equipment, car radiators and car braking systems. Mineral oil is not recommended for consumption or contact. The general operating temperature range is -55~150℃.

7. Chrome neoprene seal: good resistance to sunlight and weather. It is not afraid of the use of refrigerants such as dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia, and is resistant to dilute acids and silicone lubricants. However, it swells greatly in mineral oil and has a low aniline point. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperatures. It is suitable for sealing environments exposed to the atmosphere, sunlight, ozone and various flame and chemical corrosion resistance. Not recommended for use with strong acids, nitrohydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and ketone chemicals. The general operating temperature range is -55~120℃.

8. IIR butyl rubber sealing ring: has particularly good air tightness, good heat resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, and good insulation performance; has good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc., and can be exposed In animal and vegetable oils or oxidizable. Suitable for chemical resistance or vacuum equipment. It is not recommended to use it with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatic hydrocarbons. The general operating temperature range is -50~110 ℃.

9. ACM acrylic rubber sealing ring: It has excellent resistance to oil, good high temperature resistance and weather resistance, but has slightly poor mechanical strength, compression deformation rate and water resistance. Generally used in automobile transmission systems and power steering systems. Not suitable for use in hot water, brake fluid, or phosphate esters. The general operating temperature range is -25~170 ℃.

10. NR natural rubber sealing ring: It has good wear resistance, elasticity, tear strength and elongation. However, it is easy to age in the air, becomes sticky when exposed to heat, easily expands and dissolves in mineral oil or gasoline, and is resistant to alkali but not strong acid. Suitable for use in liquids containing hydroxyl ions such as automobile brake oil and ethanol. The general operating temperature range is -20~100 ℃.

11. PU polyurethane rubber sealing ring: The mechanical properties of polyurethane rubber are very good, and its wear resistance and high pressure resistance are far superior to other rubbers. Aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil resistance are also quite good, but it is prone to hydrolysis at high temperatures. Generally used in high-pressure and wear-resistant sealing links, such as hydraulic cylinders. The general operating temperature range is -45~90 ℃.

12. Metal rubber sealing ring: Made of stainless steel wire, does not contain any rubber components, and has strong usage characteristics. For example: maintaining normal operation in environments such as high vacuum, high and low temperatures, strong radiation, and various corrosion environments. The skin of the sealing ring is made of different materials such as stainless steel, copper, polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials according to different uses. The covered metal rubber component serves as the lining core, which has the advantages of high sealing strength, good effect, and reusability. The sealing ring lining core is made of different metal wire diameters and densities, and is suitable for different pressure situations. The general usage range is -80~800℃. This kind of sealing ring is relatively expensive due to high cost. However, its good performance and wide range of use environments have been unanimously recognized by people.
