As the Seller representative, we are writing you regarding the coal sale; we can offer you the hard commodity as specified below:

Commodity: RB1 /RB2/RB3/RB4 coal as the specifications attached

Origin: South Africa. Indonesian coal also can be provided.

Quantity is available: 600.000 tons/month respectively, 7.200.000 mt/year. The quantity may be increased to 400.000 mt or more after the successful trial delivery, based on the buyer's written request.

Delivery: CIF Mediterranean port /CIF Turkish port.

Contract:12 months with rolls and extensions.

Price of the contract: for RB3 COAL, between 160 to 175 USD/mt depending on the port of delivery /quantity/ origin of the product ( KSA or Indonesia). Prices will be given based on an LOI from the Buyer.

Inspection: SGS International performed at the ship's loading and arrival at the destination. SGS cost paid by the Buyer. The Buyer can send his representatives to the loading port ( Durban) in South Africa to perform their check of the product.

Payment: DLC non-divisible, non-transferable. The Buyer will issue the LC from a top 20 bank.

The LC will be released after the SGS and Buyer's staff check and after loading the vessels in Durban port – South Africa.

The sales and purchase agreement will be signed directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
