Gunpowder tea is kind of "round fried green" and also known as "flat fried green". It is named by its origin in Pingshui town, Shaoxing city, Zhejiang Province, where our boss Mr. Song Zheng born in. He is the 4th generation gunpowder green tea successor and 40+ years' tea taster. This tea tends to be made with the larger, older leaves of the plant, so gunpowder loose green tea has a richer, fuller taste than most green teas. It could be boiled and soaked for a longer time, but sitll keep its unique taste and aroma.
