Tin Cure Cure Silicone mould making silicone rubber is a kind of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in condensation type. It’s generally named as two part silicone rubber , Part A is a flowable liquid silicone, Part B is the curing agent (Tin catalyst) . It’s mainly used for mold making.

Applications

Tin cure silicone rubber is mainly used for general industrial molds making purposes such as for making molds of hand made soap, ornamental candles, plaster and gypsum decorations, concrete stone, GRC decorations, polyurethane resin crafts; wax, candle decorations; rapid prototype ,tire and other similar products’ molding.

How to choose right hardness?

- For products (within 20cm),

with intricate designs, soft silicone is suitable, such as 10-20 shore A.

- For products (20cm-80cm),

with intricate designs, 20-25 shore A is suitable.

with simple designs, 25-30 shore A is suitable.

- For products (80cm-150cm),

with intricate designs, 25 shore A is suitable.

with simple designs, 30-35 shore A is suitable.

- For products (more than 150cm),

with intricate designs, 25-30 shore a A is suitable.

with simple designs, 35-40 shore A is suitable.
