Filament yarn is structure of one or more continuous strand of polymer whose length is ideally infinite running through entire length of yarn. In contrast, staple fibres have defined length. Filament yarns are man made fibres, produced by different technologies (heat texturing, air jet texturising etc.) to form mono or multi filaments of yarns.

The fineness (diameter) of single filament when combined defines denier (dtex) of filament yarn.

Filament yarns produced through texturing are applied heat and subsequent twisting to give desired form to filament yarn.

Viscose Filament Yarn (VFY) is a natural yarn made from Wood pulp or cotton pulp. Like
Cotton Yarn, it is obtained from nature and so is a natural product (not synthetic). Viscose Filament Yarn is also known as Rayon Yarn or Rayon Filament Yarn. Owing to the silky appearance and feel, VFY can be used to make fabrics for clothing and home textiles. Due to its feature of ability to breather and absorb liquid. It can be used in making soft smooth fabric for clothing. It is also widely used to make Viscose Embroidery Thread. We offer a wide range of viscose filament deniers which have a few weaving and embroidery applications. Viscose Filament Yarn is mainly available in Deniers like 120D, 150D, 300D and 600D. The lustre of Viscose Filament Yarn can be Bright or Full Dull.

Viscose Spun Yarns – Ring spun yarn is made by twisting and thinning the Viscose Fibre strands to make a very fine, strong, soft rope of Viscose fibers. Most yarns made from staple fibers are ring spun yarns. The twist that provides the final entanglement is built up from the outside to the inside. Spun yarn is available in different counts, such as Single and Double Yarns. VSY is commonly used in making Hosiery Fabric.

Description
Viscose - also known as rayon, ice silk, viscose filament. In recent years, a new high-grade variety of viscose fiber named Tencel and bamboo fiber has appeared. Viscose fiber is a kind of cellulose fiber made from cotton or other natural fibers. Among the 12 main textile fibers, the moisture content of viscose fiber is the most consistent with the physiological requirements of human skin, with smooth, cool, breathable, antistatic, brilliant dyeing and other characteristics.
Viscose fiber is a kind of widely used chemical fiber.

1,Viscose silk:

(1) can be used for clothing, quilt, bedding and decoration.
(2) Viscose yarn and cotton yarn interweave, can be used as feather yarn, thread quilt surface.
(3) Viscose and silk interweave, can be used for Georgette, brocade, etc.
(4) Viscose yarn is interwoven with polyester and brocade filament, which can be used for crystal color satin, antique fragrancesatin, etc.

2. Viscose filament:
(1) its strength is twice that of ordinary viscose filament.
(2) It is twisted and woven into cord fabric, which is used for tires of automobiles, tractors and carriages.
