High Stability & Durability: 8-wire contact pins made of phosphor bronze with 50μ" overall gold plating for superior conductivity and anti-corrosion performance. IDC terminals use phosphor bronze with nickel plating. RJ45 port supports ≥750 mating cycles; IDC supports ≥250 termination cycles.
Premium Materials: Module housing manufactured from imported Polycarbonate (PC) material, offering excellent flame retardancy, impact resistance, and long-term structural stability.
Easy & Versatile Termination: 180-degree punch-down design compatible with standard 110 tools. Supports both side-entry and rear-entry wiring for flexible installation. Accepts solid or stranded bare copper conductors from 0.4–0.6mm (0.4–0.5mm range also supported).
