High Quality Inedible/Edible Collagen Casings Made in China

Collagen casings are mainly produced from the collagen in beef or pig hides, and the bones and tendons. It can also be derived from poultry and fish. The collagen for artificial casings is processed extensively and, as a raw material, it is similar to bread dough prior to final production. It is then extruded through a die to the desired diameter, dried and shirred into short sticks. Collagen casings are permeable to smoke and oisture, are less expensive to use, give better weight and size control, and are easier to run when compared to natural casings.

We use high quality collagen fiber to manufacture collagen casings and this product is food grade and fit for human consumption. The source of the collagen is skin of cattle.

Packing

Casings are packed in Vacuumed polybag in cardboard boxes, resistant to humidity and air.

Storage Conditions

Store the casings in cool and dry place with temperature between 10-25℃, humidity 60-70%, avoiding the exposition of the product to direct action of heat.
