PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

- Option 1: Use each tea bag per 250ml of boiled water, wait around 5 minutes before drinking.

- Option 2: Put a tea bag into a thermos bottle, wait around 30 minutes before drinking. Brown Rice Tea can be drunk many times a day.
