2. What type of drawing files can you accept? We accept several types of files: (2D) DWG, DXF, PDF, SLDDRW. (3D) STEP, IGS, SLDPRT, X-T, SLDASM, CGR, ASM.
3. What shall we do if we do not have drawings? a. Please send us sample first, then we can copy the sample or provide you better solutions. b. Please send us photos or drawing drafts with dimensions, CAD or 3D files will be provided.
4. What is the privacy policy of your company? We respect all the customers and keep all the customers' information confidential. We limit the scope of the information provided to third parties. And we allow its use only customer permits.
