The main factory is 2000 square meters large, which is located in Bien Hoa province, with 25 workers and capacity at 5 containers/month. We have another warehouse is 2 km far from the factory with showroom and office belong.

Q: Are samples available? How about the samples time and fee?

A: It will be ready for 7-15 days. The sample will be sent you by express, you can use our own express acount or prepay for us if you don't have an account.

Q: Are your samples free or need cost?

A: Actually it depends on the products. For low value prodecuts, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples it need sample cost and freight cost. Please confirm that all sample cost can be refunded after order placed.

Q: What is about your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is usually 1 pallet/each design.

Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can customize size,color, material and even weaving method based on your requirements. Custom design is warmly welcome.

Q: What is about the production time?
A: Usually 45-60 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 45-60 days.

Q: Can you make customer's own brand name?

A: We can provide hang tags, labels or cover in your own design & logo.
