Description

PRE-1108 is an excellent bleaching booster which can be used either for energy-saving bleaching at 70-85℃ or accelerating bleaching at common temperatures.

PRE-1108 is suitable for all hydrogen peroxide bleaching process, such as low temperature bleaching of cellulosic fibers, pulp bleaching, decolorization of denim and garments, household washing bleaching.

Features and Benefits

In the oxygen bleaching process of cellulose fiber, PRE-1108 can activate hydrogen peroxide for efficient bleaching at 70 ~ 80 ℃. The treated fabric has high whiteness, low strength damage, low weight loss and soft handle.

As an oxygen bleaching booster in the decolorization of denim garments, indigo and sulfur black dyes are decolorized efficiently and controllably, and the color light of the treated fabric is natural and pure.

Comply with Oeko-Tex ® STANDARD100 standard.

Applications

PRE-1108 is a high concentration bleaching booster, which needs to be diluted before use. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:500.

Typical Recipe:

Pure cotton knitted fabric, towel cloth and package yarn:

PRE-1108(1: 500 dilution liquid) 1-2g/l

H2O2（27.5%） 6~10 g/L

NaOH（100%） 2~3 g/L

Scouring agent 1~2 g/L

Bath ratio ≥1:7

Temperature and time 70~80 ℃×40~50min

Or 110℃×15min

Decolorization process of denim garments：

PRE-1108(1: 500 dilution liquid) 3-5g/L

H2O2（27.5%） 8~15g/L

NaOH（100%） 2~3 g/L

Temperature and time 50~60 ℃×10~30 min

Notes:

If it is diluted or mixed with surfactant, it is recommended to add 0.1 ~ 0.2% acetic acid to the system to improve the storage stability of the product.

Packaging and Storage

Standard packaging is 25kg plastic drum.

To ensure extend shelf life, store at cool(<40℃) and dry places in a sealed container. Avoid direct sun shine. Cover well after usage to avoid contamination. 12 months after production upon good storage.
