INGREDIENTS: Bitter Gourd 80%, Lingzhi 20%.

EFFECT: Drink daily to benefit for people who have diabetes and liverproblems.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Place a tea bag into a cup of boiled water (150ml), wait around 2-3 minutes. Drink 3-4 bags a day. Add sugar and ice if you prefer cold drink.

SAFETY WARNINGS: Not to use when the product is expiry date.

CAUTION: Keep in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Remember to close the bag after using.
