In the power system, factories and mines, enterprises all have a large number of oil filling equipment, flash point test is a routine test item that must be measured. JKS open cup flash point tester is a new generation of current flash point tester for petroleum products. This equipment is designed and manufactured according with the national standard GB/T3536-2008, and the sample is tested as its requirements. The whole testing process are all automatic. The instrument adopts large LCD screen, measuring precision performance reliable, completely satisfy the needs of petrochemical, electric power system, scientific research and other departments to determine the close cup flash point for petroleum products. The whole machine adopts high-speed AVR microcontroller, the whole working process are runs in a strict accordance with standard requirements.

Please be careful to operate to avoid scalding during the test.
Please turn off the LPG switch after the test to ensure safety
Please prepare the LPG bottle by yourself.
Please check the whether there is leakage at the interface of the LPG pipe before starting the machine
Please wait for 40 minutes of automatic cooling after the instrument finish the last test, then continue to test nest oil sample.
Please place the instrument in a place(such as fume hood) where the air flow is weak to prevent external airflow from blowing out the ignition flame.
In the first time of using, there will be a large amount of air in the input pipe, please empty the pipe before using.
Please adjust the needle valve switch on time in the first using.
Please put the instrument in a ventilated enclosure when it is idle.
