Our lamb can be shipped direct chilled to minus 1 degrees as whole carcass.

This allows the whole carcass to cut into the required packs for local markets, being chilled the meat arrives fresh and juicy. We call it Paddock to Plate, the meat is as fresh as possible.

We can also provide frozen whole carcass or a range of cuts in boxes, whole lamb or specific cuts boxes, Shoulder, rack etc.

Other options chilled meat cuts vacumm packed in boxes, this extends the shelf live considerably.
