How does the unit work? (Simply press the round anti-microbial filters into each barrel at the bottom of the unit. The bottom of the unit has the bigger barrels and multiple holes on the walls for unrestricted breathing. Then slide the smaller top barrels into your nostils about a quarter to a half of an inch. The unit should fit snugly. Now you are ready to breath and speak with confidence.
