The flanges are manufactured to all applicable ASME standards commonly known as ASME flanges, which include ASME B16.5, ASEM B16.47, ASME B16.48, etc.

3. Type & Facing (Difference):

Type: Slip-on, Weld Neck, Blind, Lap Joint, Socket Weld, Threaded.

Facing: RF,FF,RTJ

4. Installation (Similarity and Difference):

The ASME flange is produced for connection to ASME standard pipe and fitting, The DIN flange is used to connect DIN standard pipe and fitting;

They are both bolted to the pipe systems.
