ARMOURED SUCTION HOSE WITH STEEL FLANGE

East Marine armoured suction hose with steel flange is be used in dredger including drag head, sand pump and etc. This kind suction hose will be built as ring type, ring type outside smooth, helix type and other special type of hose requested.

The armoured suction hose can be used to delivery sharp gravel, coral reefs and etc, which is operating as a suction hose during dredging. It's used when deep water dredging or submarine mining is required. Also be used between underwater pump and inboard pump of the dredger.

The following tests are to be conducted:

-Raw material test including natural rubber,tensile textile,rubber additive(inspection before entering warehouse)

-Hose dimension check

-Weight check

-Working pressure test(if specified)

-Bending test(if specified)

-Buoyancy test(only for floating hose,if specified)

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agency to inspect according to customer requirements. The usual inspection agency include Classification Society of China(CCS),Norway-German(DNV-GL),United Stats(ABS),United Kingdom(LR) and France(BV).
