A. Samples or trial order will be sent out within 48 hours. Bulk orders will be ready within 

20-30 working days.

Q. How to proceed an order?

A. Firstly, please let us know your requirements or applications. Secondly, we quote you cost 

according to your needs or our suggestions. Thirdly, clients confirm the samples and pay deposit for the order. Then we will arrange the bulk production.

Q. Is it okay to print my logo on the products and package? 

A. Yes, plz confirm the design firstly based on our sample and inform us formally via email before  bulk production.
 
Q. What type of the files' format is required for the LOGO or packing? 

A. We only need design files in AI or EPS format.

Q. How do you guaranty your quality?

A. 1. Our products are produced under strict quality control system.
     2. During the production, the mold, refine, forming, spraying, and silk screen, each process will  be passed by the professional and experienced QC team, then next process.
     3. Before packing, we will test them one by one, to ensure the defects rate will be less than 0.2  %.

Q. Do you offer any guaranty?

A. Yes, we offer 1~5 years warranty for our products.

Q. How to deal with the defects during the guarantee period?

A. 1. Small quantity, we will free send you brand new replacements with next orders.
     2. Batch defects, we will free replace new ones for you or we can negotiate the solution            including recall based on the problems.

Q. What is your terms of Payments?

A. 1.  Trade Assurance. Any trade disputes,  will guarantee your money and 

compensate all of your loss.
     2. T/T: 30% deposit first, and 70% balance before the delivery. We will show you the photos or 

videos of the products and the packings before you pay the balance.
