ALPHA-COMPOSITE SHEET

• ALPHA-COMPOSITE SHEET is an eco-friendly composite layered membrane for waterproofing of external open-cut structures(i.e. underpass box structures), made of metalic powders-contained EVA(Ethylene Vynil Acetate) sheet and the polymer-modified asphalt sheet.
• The EVA sheet, called Alpha sheet, is made with recycled polymers and metalic powders(i.e. copper etc.), contributing carbone-emission mitigation efforts in global, and the metalic powder enhances its antibacterial and abrasion resistance.
• Below the EVA sheet, the asphalt sheet is manufactured with polymer(i.e. SBS) modified asphalt and forms a gel-type adhesive layer, providing self-adhesive and excellent adhesion to structure surfaces.
• The metal powder-contained Alpha sheet functions also as a barrier to plant roots, protecting the stuctures from water and plants and providing safe eco-spaces for vegetation over the structures.

Product usages

• Waterproofing for underpass boxes or open-cut structures, tunnels, electricity utility etc..
• Especially the connection area to tunnel waterproofing membrane(i.e. UROMBO).
