Poly bubble mailer is made of polyethylene(LDPE/HDPE) film with bubble cushioned to shockproof for mailing,packing and shipping.Postage savings due to light weight of poly bubble mailer.High-slip bubble cushioning material allows faster, easier product insert.Peel and seal closure is quick and easy to close, strong hot-melt glue is quite safe that unable to open.Wide welding edges (10mm each side) offers additional strength and safety.Custom made or printing poly bubble mailer are welcome.

Materials: HDPE, LDPE,OP/LDPE co-extrusion material, outer-white and inner-black or Grey color.

It can also be recyclable ,we can also make it adding D2W, EPI, OXO to be biodegradable.

Size: according to client's specific request, customized.

Usage: Express delivery, post, mailer packing,clothes packing.

Printing: Up to 8 colors. Logo is welcome printed by copperplate printing.

Craft & Style: side and bottom sealed, the bag has strong permanent adhesive seal strip. Once you stick onto the bag, you can not open it again unless you break the bag. Also series bar code and clear pouch for packing waybill can be made on the bag.
