PFA is developed as a melt processable fluoropolymer, it is a co- polymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoro alkoxy monomer. It has excellent mechanical strength outstanding dielectric properties and is unaffected by virtually all solvents & chemicals even at high temperature of 240°C to 260°C.
