Procedure:
1. Buyer sends ICPO with full banking details CP, Passport Copy, and Company registration, along with TSA Upon verification of securing a legitimate approval of the TSA from the Ministry of Energy Authorities.
2. Seller issues CI to Buyer along with NCNDA/IMFPA
3. Buyer Sign CI sent to Seller, upon receipt of the CI Seller endorse and Notarized CI by the Appropriate Approval Authorities sent to the buyer
4. Seller's SGS Team visits submit a physical 48 hours old hard copy of fresh SGS Report to buyer's Tank Farm Company in Rotterdam port for verification of the SGS report in Rotterdam
5. Seller issue to the buyer Authorization to Board (AB) (VESSEL IMO NUMBER, COORDINATES, PRODUCT QUANTITY LOADED ON VESSEL, to the s e l l e r ' s vessel which will be stationed on the Rotterdam Sea, with this
document seller will indicate the right position of the vessel, with this document, the buyer will obtain 4 days TR from his storage tank, which will enable the seller's vessel to get closer to the seashore for the
buyer's team to come on board the vessel and conduct the dip test.
6. Seller provided vessel details for the buyer along with shipping documents. A. Bill of Lading,
B. Invoice,
C. Product Allocation Export Permit,
D. Allocation Title Ownership Certificate,
E. Trans-Neff Contract to transport the product to the loading port,
F. Port Storage Agreement,
G. Charter party Agreement to transport the product to the discharge port,
H. Tank Storage Receipt,
I. SGS Quality and Quantity Certificate,
J. Vessel Questionnaire 88.
7. After the dip-test is confirmed seller obtained coordinates for the vessel to duck for injection once the product has been injected into the buyer's tank, the buyer makes a 10% payment for the total product.
8. And the seller pays all intermediaries involved, and the contract proceeds with rolls and extensions.
