The 5LF N95 mask is the flagship product from FF Enterprises. The 5LF N95 masks consists of 2 PP spun bond layers, two meltblown layers and one layer of hot air cotton.

Spunbond Polypropylene

Spunbond polypropylene nonwoven fabric is a high-performance material, with low shrinkage. It has a good heat resistance, as well as high tensile strength, and dimensional stability, ideal for masks.

Melt Blown Layer

Melt blown is an affirmed material for N95 masks and we have used it as a middle layer safely ensconced between other layers for maximum filtration.

Hot Air Cotton Layer

The layer of hot air cotton material is widely used in N95 Masks to increase the comfort and cushioning. It gives shape to the mask, has high breathability and increases the overall efficiency of the mask.

Our N95 Mask can be worn for long hours, as it keeps the skin area soft due its cushioning effect.

5 layer mask with:

· 1 PolyPropylene (PP) spun bond layer on the outside

· 2 melt blown layers in the middle

· 1 hot air cotton layer in the middle

· 1 PP spun bond layer in the inside.

· Protection from viruses and aerosols.

· Protection from infection in hazardous environments with fine particulate matter.

· Splash resistant and fluid resistant.

· Flexible V shaped design with a nose piece, to snugly fit the face.

· Soft edges around the top and chin area to fit different contours of the face.

· Each mask sterilized and packed individually in a hygienic manner.
