500kV CT&PT mobile lab is made up of a truck for 220kV CT&PT error test, a 500kV van-type trailer, test equipment and instruments(including standard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment, strong current generator, standard CT, compensation reactor, compensation capacitor, comparator, integrated control device and so on). The whole set of equipment can do power frequency step-up and error test for PT of 500kV&below. And also can do strong current and error test for CT of 3000A &below. This mobile lab can be moved and expanded based on test site conditions, can do site error test by integrated control device for electromagnetic PT, capacitance PT, CT of 500kV&below.

220kV test truck can do error test for 220kV&below CT/PT.

Functions of mobile lab.

CT/PT mobile lab. can adapt to many kinds of site conditions. It can expand by auto and by manual, after the expansion, it can meet with the safety insulation distance which test voltage need. Expansion and movement of Test platform can be completed by hydraulic , also can be by manual. Test truck and test trailer share one set of error test equipment. The details are as below.

a. 220kV Standard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment is placed in the middle of cabin, compensation reactor and voltage regulator are evenly placed in cabin, thus meeting with the balance of weight. There’s a special track(Steel tank structure) laying on the bottom plate of cabin, and on this track, there’s a tray for placing standard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment. Between the track and tray, there’re special positioning device and fast connection&separation device, convenient to disassembly. During test, 220kV Standard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment can be moved from front to back by hydraulic. Strong current generator is in the right middle of cabin, where has a transferring door. Standard CT is in the back of cabin, when do error test for CT, it can be moved out to do test by small electric crane.

b. Inside test trailer, there’s a test platform which have 500kV standard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment. There’s a special track(Steel tank structure) laying on the bottom plate of trailer, and on this track, there’s a tray for placing standard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment. Between the track and tray, there are special positioning device and fast connection&separation device, convenient to disassembly. During test, 500kV Standard PT and step-up transformer integrated equipment can be moved from front to back by hydraulic.

c. In both of truck and trailer, all moving mechanism is set up with stop-gear to ensure the accurate place and fixing safety of test equipment. After movement, it can meet with the safety insulation distance.

d. In order to ensure good operation when auto-operation accident or failure occurs, there’re also corresponding manual operation and emergency power supply on both of truck and trailer.

e. For site error test of all kinds of 6kV-35kV PT, use 0～70kV step-up source and 6kV～35kV standard PT, which are installed in 220kV test truck, but can be moved out to use by small electric crane.

f. Two ends of all test connection wires have obvious marks and paste wiring diagram, schematic diagram and use instructions at corresponding position.

g. In both of truck and trailer, there’s special electric transfer box on side wall. When test, just connect wires to corresponding terminals according to test requirements, then can do test
