OUBAO has an R&D team with more than 10 years of experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep our customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.

3.How can you guarantee the product's quality?
We strictly enforce income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking. All of our finished products are 100% inspected before ship out from OUBAO factory.

4.What is the Warranty for the faucets?
For the faucets, we have 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side were found in this period, we will send you the replacement.

5.How can we get the sample to check quality? And how many days?
You can order one or a few samples to check the product's quality at first. Samples can be ready within 5 days once we receive the sample payment.

6.Do you charge for samples and freight?
As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer's cost. But sample charges will be returned in your first official order.

7.What is your MOQ?
We accept small quantity 30pcs for each item at the beginning of our cooperation.

8.What is your production time?
It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 25-35 days.

9.What type of cartridges you can provide?
We can provide cartridges which customer appointed , mainly including Spain Sedal , Citec,Taiwan KCG Cartridge etc..

10.Can you shipping the goods to our country?
We have good cooperated shipping agent who can give best offer and service. For small order, express will be the best; For bulk order, sea shipment is the best but just takes a longer time; For urgent orders, we suggest by air. 

11.What is your payment terms?
 T/T, L/C, CASH, PAYPAL, WESTER UNION, ESCROW can be accepted.
30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before ship out from OUBAO factory.
