Q1:What is your MOQ?

A1:MOQ always is 1pcs for sample testing orders, 10pcs for bulk order and 100pcs for OEM orders. Please
contact us for further details.

Q2:What about the lead time for mass production?

A2:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. Normally the lead time is about 10 to 25 days.

Q3:Can I have my logo printed on the products and packing?

A3: Yes, definitely. Logo or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity
for silk screen printing is 100pcs per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JEPG OR AI format. If you want your logo and company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package).Such as gift box and paper card, the MOQ is 500pcs per model. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG/TIF/AI/EPS/TIFF or coreldraw formats.

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to reach our office?

A4: We ship by EXPRESS like DHL FedEx UPS or by sea. It usually takes 5-15 days to arrive by EXPRESS and 20-35 days by sea.
