Main system of Gypsum board production line

3. Foaming system

The foaming station adoptes the advanced dynamic and static foaming system, so that the foam noodles enter the mixer smoothly and evenly. It can reduce the Gypsum board weight and increase the board strength, by the way, the Honeycomb foam, high stability. Our new technology of 2024, we can make the Gypsum board to 7.5kgs per ㎡ with thickness of 12.5mm.

4. Forming system

This system introduced foreign technology, special stainless steel edge mixer and pneumatic plate forming machine are used to increase the anti-wear ability of the system and prolong the service lige. Plate forming machine is used instead of the original pressing roll to improve the flatness of the board surface.

4. Cut-off system

The cutting machine is fed by a two-speed accelerator to the wheel rotary flipping machine.
