2-Ethylhexyl trans-4-methoxycinnamate (Isooctyl p-methoxycinnamate) is one of the most commonly used sunscreen agents in the world. It has an excellent absorption curve of ultraviolet light at 280~310 nm, and has high absorption rate, good safety, minimal toxicity, and has no effect on oily skin.
