1.4D Optical White Polyester Staple Fiber Product Application

1. For yarn

Mainly used in cotton spinning industry, spinning alone or blended with cotton, viscose fiber, linen, wool, vinylon, etc., the obtained yarn is mainly used for clothing weaving. The main products are 1.2-6Dx38-51mm, and the colors include natural white, whitening, fluorescent white, etc. Other colors can be customized.

2. For needle-punched carpets and wall blankets

Due to the low cost and good performance of recycled polyester staple fiber, it is mainly used for floor and wall decoration in homes, exhibition centers, entertainment venues, etc., and because of its non-woven fabric characteristics, it has good sound insulation effect and has been recognized by the majority of users. The main products are 3-10Dx38-150mm, and there are various colors, which can be customized according to customer requirements.

3. For non-woven fabrics
