Q: Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products?
A: For OEM/ODM order, your logo or company name can be printed on your products or package print, laser or sticker label.

Q: How to solve the problem if we receive the defective products?
A: We guarantee the products customers receive are qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us some detailed photos by email, and then we will send you the replacement parts according to actual conditions.

Q: Do you offer sample?

A: If choose our products, and it's available in stock, we can send sample to you soon, but charge the delivery cost. If you need make sample based on your design, we need charge sample cost.
