Jiangsu Ever Flourishing Nonwovens Co., Ltd is located in Nantong, Jiangsu, China, the central city of the Yangtze River Delta. The predecessor is a fiber trading company founded in 2007, with $330 million sales volume per year, specialized in the sales of a great variety of fiber raw materials, such as viscose staple fiber, lyocell staple fiber, microfiber, different kinds of functional fibers such as antibacterial fiber and flame retardant fibers, etc.
Since we are in vertical supply chain in nonwovens, we extended our business into spunlace nonwoven fabric project in 2022. We have invested in the spunlace nonwoven factory, the initial investment is up to CNY 1.5 billion, covering an area of 220 acre. We have imported 12 international advanced production lines from Dilo, Truetzschler, Autefa, with an annual capacity of 140,000 tons, using international leading inspection equipment such as ISRA, Mesutronic and MAHLO. The product quality and supply capacity could meet the needs of the most well-known brands in the global market.The products have passed the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, reach baby safety level. And we are in the process of obtaining ISO9001 and ISO14001.

For spunlace nonwoven fabrics:
We use premium quality raw materials, advanced technologies, advanced production lines from Dilo, Truetzschler, Autefa, leading inspection equipment such as ISRA, Mesutronic and MAHLO to produce our spunlace non-woven fabric. In order to provide upmost security and efficient performance, our QC person test the products strictly, starting from the procurement of raw materials to final package. Our factory has already obtained ISO 9001 certificate.

For viscose and lyocell staple fibers, we have different types of testing equipment and conduct spot checks on each batch of products to ensure the quality.
spunlace nonwoven
It can be divided into parallel spunlace nonwoven and cross spunlace nonwoven according to the way of fiber web laying. The material of spunlace nonwoven can be viscose, lyocell, polyester (PET) with pain, mesh, embossed and customized pattern. The width of spunlace nonwoven ranges from 8 mm to 3200 mm and the mass weight ranges from 30 g/m2 to 150 g/m2.
Our products have excellent performance, including soft and skin-friendly, excellent liquid absorption and good skin attaching, uneasy fuzzing and uneasy chipping, bio-base degradable and sustainable recycle.
Our products have passed the highest international safety certification by OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 from baby article. Our product could meet the quality requirement from the most well-known brand in the global market and ideal for beauty care cloth, wipes, facial mask, compressed towel, disposable towel and bath towel, disposable bathrobe, surface layer of sanitary pad, disposable underwear, disposable bed sheet, etc.
viscose
Viscose fiber belongs to regenerated cellulose fiber. It is made from natural cellulose as raw material, through alkalization, aging, sulfonation and other processes to make soluble cellulose sulfonate, and then dissolved in dilute alkali solution to make viscose, which is made by wet spinning.
We can offer variety kinds of viscose staple fibers applying in spunlace nonwoven and needle-punched nonwoven. The 0.88dtex, 1.33dtex, 1.67dtex staple fibers with the length ranges from 38mm to 51mm can be used for spunlace nonwoven. The 2D, 3D, 5D viscose staple fibers with the length ranges from 50mm to 65mm can be used for needle-punched nonwoven . We can also offer antibacterial fiber and flame retardant fibers for functional nonwoven.

lyocell
Lyocell fiber belongs to regenerated cellulose fiber. It is made by dry jet wet spinning method. The NMMO dissolvent is used to prepare spinning solution, which is non-toxic and eco-friendly. The most important characteristic of lyocell fiber is that it can maintain its strength in wet state. Its wet strength is far better than that of viscose. Its dry-wet strength ratio is about 85%, and its strength is close to that of polyester.
We can offer variety kinds of lyocell staple fibers applying in spunlace nonwoven. The 1.11dtex, 1.33 dtex, 1.67 dtex staple fibers with the length ranges from 38 mm to 51 mm can be used for spunlace nonwoven. The lyocell fiber with the length ranges from 5 mm to 10 mm can be used for flushable spunlace nonwoven.
