Strict quality control system is implemented and strengthened in our factory covering material supplier evaluation, incoming material inspection and evaluation, material classification and warehouse storage as well as production quality control. We pay much attention to the paper work analysis which is helpful for quality control. We also have strong development ability. We have 5 technicians in scale software development and design development in our R&D department. Each year 10 new models are coming out in our factory. We have separate testing room with longevity test, temperature test, weight test, sensor test and module test for each new product and shipment. Our company also has a separate QC room for random quality inspection for each shipment. In order to ensure our products are RoHS compliant, we sent our electronic product shipment sample to be tested in TUV and got RoHS and PaHs certificates for our products, and also got CE and EMC certificates from SGS.
