Quality Control

Phase I: start up

At this stage, we need to establish a set of quality control processes and specifications based on the current organizational structure and work specifications of our organization. Such as establishing a quality control committee and formulating quality control measures. The quality control committee does not have to be full-time, but can be concurrently held by relevant personnel in the existing organization, such as the information center. For data quality control methods, the roles and responsibilities of quality control should be clarified, and executable workflow and quantifiable work evaluation methods should be established. At the same time, performance appraisal, conflict resolution and control methods should also be provided.

With processes and specifications, the corresponding responsible person should clarify the objectives of this round of quality control. For example, the scope of data quality improvement, or to meet some business expectations. After the goal is set, we can enter the next implementation stage.

Phase II: Implementation

In the implementation stage, we should start specific quality control work, and the whole work should focus on the objectives set in the start-up stage. At this time, we should properly introduce some quality control tools to help us complete our work more efficiently.

First, we should evaluate the known data problems, and the scope of evaluation here should also be controlled within the target range of this round of control.
