Yuyao Fourstar Lamps Co., Ltd. specializes in aluminum die casting parts, brass die casting parts and stainless steel lamps. Our company covers an area of 32000 square meters, including 19000 square meters of construction area. We have over 300 employees. Our company has been entitled to do import and export business. We have the ability to complete overall production process, from lamp designing, mold designing, and mold producing, to die casting, high punching, machining, powder coating, inspecting and assembly. We have 12 sets of die casting machines with the types of 500T, 250T and 160T, 2 powder coating lines and 6 assembly lines. Our yearly production capability is 4 million sets of damp-proof lamps, garden lamps, lawn lamps and components which are completed by the technology of aluminum alloy die casting, brass alloy die casting, zinc alloy die casting, hydraulic stretching, spin forming and cold punch forming. Since 1997, we have accumulated plenty of production experience and technology ability, with full production facilities and exquisite operation technique. We have RoHS test facility to control production quality. Our QC staff members inspect all process from raw material purchasing to component making, ensuring the quality stability.
