Founded in the year 2006, with head quarter located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province and sales office in Beijing. Younglee Metal Products Co., Ltd is the oversea sales company of Younglee Group, which is a Chinese top quality group manufacturer of pipe system products. Our main products including hydraulic tube clamps, Hydraulic SAE flanges, stainless steel seamless tubes (hydraulic tubing, instrument tubing), carbon steel seamless DIN 2391 precision tube, and industrial valves.

Younglee Group invested three mills, one is hydraulic components mill, one is steel seamless pipe mill, and the other is industrial valve mill. These factories have 10 to 20 years’ experiences in their field. Since established, our principle is “to reach zero defects through continuous improvement!” And now the factories are under modern technology and managment. We execute Total Quality Management System in our factories, all process are under well control. All these ensures us as one of the best quality Chinese manufacture in its field.

Here below is the general introduction our Main products:

1. Product line of our hydraulic components plant:

Our factory of hydraulic components produces two main products: pipe clamps and hydraulic flanges.

1). Hydraulic pipe clamps / Tube Clamps for pipe, tube, hose fastening and installing. 

Our firm produces and supply several types of tube clamps based on German standard DIN 3015, products are appropriate for fixing and installing tubes and pipes with dimension O.D 6mm into 508mm. Our products are using powerful durability, precise measurements, fantastic corrosion resistance and lasting in use, are broadly utilized in tube and pipe installations in various industrial areas. Our pipe clamps including chief types as below:

1.1 Stauff type light duty tube clamps according to DIN3015-1, this is the most common type.

1.2 Heavy duty tube clamps / heavy series pipe clamps according to DIN 3015-2, this type of hydraulic pipe clamps are designed for high pressure and high vibration applications.

1.3 Double pipe clamps / twin pipe clamps according to DIN 3015-3Besides hydraulic pipe clamps, our product line of pipe clamps also include below pipe clamps.

1.4 DIN 3567 Metal pipe clamp including carbon steel pipe clamps, stainless steel pipe clamps.

1.5 Cushion clamps with plastic and rubber insert;

1.6 U bolt pipe clamps to DIN 3570

2) . Hydraulic SAE flange designed to ISO 6162 and SAE J518C.

        Hydraulic SAE Flange is the other main product line of our hydraulic components factory. Here below is the detailed types of our SAE flanges:

         - SAE Split Flange halves;

         - SAE Flange Clamps

         - SAE BSPP Threaded Flanges

         - SAE NPT Threaded Flanges

         - SAE Socket Weld Flanges        

         - SAE closed flanges/ SAE Blind Flanges

2. Products of the seamless steel tube factory:

Our seamless steel tubes consist of two big plant, one is for stainless steel seamless tubes, the other is for carbon steel seamless steel tubes.

1) We produce Stainless steel seamless pipes in full range of austenitic steels and duplex stainless steels.  

* Norm:ASTM / ASME A312, A213, A269; EN10216-5

* Grade: TP304/304L, TP316/316L, TP321/321H, TP316Ti, TP310S, TP347H, 904L, S31803, S32750, 2205, etc. And also corresponding EN grades.

* Size range: Outside diameter 3mm to 219mm; Wall thickness 0.1mm to 20mm

* Tolerance: OD +/-0.05mm, WT +/-0.1mm

Product group including instrument tubing, hydraulic tubing, and heat exchanger tubes, bright annealed tubing, seamless coiled tubes and capillary tubes and duplex steel pipes.

2). Precision carbon steel seamless hydraulic tubes according to DIN 2391

 * DIN 2391 carbon steel seamless tubes for hydraulic system apply and also for boiler apply.

 * DIN2391 /EN10305-1 phosphated seamless tubes

 * DIN 2391 / EN 10305-1 bright annealed seamless tubes

3). Honed cylinder tube for hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders

Younglee's tube factory manufactures high quality honed tubes in most popular carbon steel and stainless steel grades. We are the first class quality honed tube manufacturer in China. Our honed steel tubing is widely used as hydraulic cylinder tube and pneumatic cylinder tubing.

Material of honed tubes: ST52, SAE 1020, 304/L, 316/L

Size Range: ID 32 mm to ID 600 mm

2. Product of our valve factory:

Younglee’s industrial valve factory is found by the boss of Younglee and another 2 partner. The valve factory produces various industrial valves as below.  

 * Ball valves

 * Hydraulic ball valves in carbon steel and stainless steel.

 * 2 way and 3-way High pressure ball valves

 * SAE Flanged ball valves

 * Three way & Four way ball valves.
