The products cover a variety of painted ,hyper painted,machined, diamond cut, polished, vacuum chrome and chrome wheels range from 13-28inch, the company also developed high-end products such as racing wheels and 3pcs forge wheels.1. CASTING WORKSHOP The casting workshop have advanced facilities like Japan Sanken melting furnace and Italian LPM low pressure casting machines.and many low-pressure casting machine and gravity casting machines, equipped with six axle fully automatic casting robots. And have high level machine to keep the quality like the Swiss made spectrometer. Fully automatic germany and American X-Ray testing machine .2. MACHINING WORKSHOP Machine workshop have advanced equipments like Tialian MT and Korean Dawoo machining center, there are totally 46 groups of CNC machining center and advanced online measuring instruments like dynamic balance testing machine,run-out testing machine, primary harmonic machine,3D measuring machine and Helium leakage testing machine3. PAINTING WORKSHOP The painting workshop Equipped with Swiss Gema Oowder spray system, Japan Randburg painting system and fully automatic ABB painting robot, 4. ELECTROPLATING WORKSHOP Electroplatin workshop have two fully automatic chroming like equipped with whole process chroming bath solution analyzer.5. MOULD PRODUCING WORKSHOP The mould producing workshop has advanced lathe machine and high speed, high precision machining center, they apply latest designing and analyzing software and have the ability from mould design.analyze up to production.6. QUALITY MANAGEMENT We carried out production strictly in compliance with internationally advanced standard for alum alloy auto wheels based on the ISO/TS16949 international quality management system, we apply internationally advanced production and testing facilities in each process and has advanced labtesting facilities like 90degree and 30 degree impact testing machine,13degree impact testing machine. Bending fatigue testing machine,radial fatigue testing machine , CASS testing machine and salt spray testing machine .7. R&D Center There are over 80 technicians and engineers in the R&D center of the company specialized in product design, simulation analysis, technology research and development, site technical service and customer technical service, new product trial production etc, it has the ability to convert customers idea into new products, we are applying softwares like CATIA, NX6 for 3D designing, IDEAS for property analyzing, ANY-CASTING for casting simulation analying to ensure the design process to be more reasonable , fast and efficient
