To assure the quality of the produce, 5S and lean manufacture have been implemented in the whole factory. There are eight steps to make the door panel by the automatic continuous production line, they are uncoiling – filming – forming – foaming – auto tracking and cutting – cooling – stacking – wrapping. After these steps, every panel will be inspected by the QC staff, then the panels will be loaded and delivered out.
