Our experienced engineers use the latest software to design innovative products and moulds. Heat loss and transfer analysis determines the most efficient cooling system in every mould. Internal server network allows direct and parallel communication amongst R & D, CNC and assembly departments. Our mould technicians can design various kinds of blowing moulds for containers from 5ml-300L like medicine bottles, chemical packaging barrel, tool boxes and water tanks etc, and injection jar moulds, thin-wall moulds, multi-cavity cap mulds, PET preform moulds and other plastic moulds.
