Quality Control

First, based on the confirmed glasses sample.
Write quality standards from the details of materials, CAD, process and other details.
Then, before large-scale production.
Announce the materials, CAD and processing standards to the seminar managers and workers.
Make a finished product based on CAD size and measure degree.
After that, we need mid-term inspection.
The semi-finished eyewear do a mid-term inspection.
Check on Material cutting and splicing,
CNC, Tumbling, Engrave, polishing, assembling, packaging (give suggestions and Request)
Later, drop unqualified products and repair or supplement them.
Finally, we do final inspection.
After putting the eyewear into the packing box, re-open the packing box.
Inspect the goods according to the AQL standard, and do the final inspection.
