Delivery time:Gengerally electric guitar will takes around 10-15business days to finish.Acoustic guitar will takes around 20-25days to finish.Amplifier will takes 7-10days to finish.Shipping Method:For sample shipping,usually we ship it by EMS,like ship to US,Canada,UK,Germany,France,Sweden,Italy and etc,for one pc guitar,it will take $89 for freight by EMS.it also wll takes 5-8busiess days to arrivedin Client place.orther place,pls freely to let me know,I will tell my people to check with EMS for the freight for you.For quanantity order shipping,usually we ship it by Ocean,like ship to Europe habour,it will takes aound $30-$55 for one cubic meter,and it will take around 25-40 days to arrvied in harour from China Qingdao habour.orther harbour pls feel freely to let me know,i will tell ship company to check the freight for you. Payment methond:For sample payment,usually we use western union,money gram and TT.From the beginning of Auguest this year,we had stoped worked with paypal who not treat us equal.and we will never use paypal again,I am really sorry for that brings unconvenient for all of my clients.but I could give my words,Western union and orther payment would be the same service as paypal. For quanantity order,usually we use TT or L/C for payment.usually we could get despoit,after finished pic,pay the leaved abalance,that is fine. Return policy:For sample shipping by EMS,we will get foam inside the carton(part of outsidewill be with plastic bubble) and my stock people will Pack it well,pls,all of my Client first to check and find no damge to sign in and get,in case damage in shipping.If find damage,pls refuse to sign in and let it back,when we get the returned guitar,we will refund you or send you a new onefor you.
