The growth of a durian is dependent on many environmental factors. Consistent high temperatures and an altitude below 600 meter are key factors for the durians growth. Coincidentally, Malaysia is located in the tropical rainforest zone which provides high temperature and rainfall all year round. The average annual temperature fluctuates between 22celsius to 30celsius, while yearly rainfall is over 2000mm. These conditions make Malaysia the best place for durian growth. The features of Malaysias durians are that they follow the natural law of "when a melon is ripe, it falls off its stem", and it takes the owner of the durian orchard 6 to 8 years to harvest. However, the wait is worthy because durians contain plenty of nutrients like sugar, protein, starch, fat, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, calcium, potassium and etc.The main products of Wang Fruit Sdn. Bhd. are durian puree, durian jam, Snowskin mooncake in durian flavour, durian mochi and more. Every product is manufactured using advanced technology, whilst maintaining strict quality control. The process involves selecting and purchasing the fruits, removing flesh from its thorny shell, durian jam production, sterilization, blast freezing below -35celsius, storage below -18celsius and final completion of product. This whole process is completed by our company. All our products are approved by Malaysias Health Bureau for exportation throughout the globe.
